1. Introduction

Welcome to the Barn Motors Referral Program! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Participation: The Referral Program is open to South African residents aged 18 and over. 

• 2.2 Exclusions: Referrals must be genuine potential customers who have not previously engaged with Barn Motors.

3. How the Referral Program Works

• 3.1 Referrals: To refer a potential customer, complete the referral form available on our website. All required fields must be accurately filled.

• 3.2 Referral Link/Code: If applicable, you will receive a unique referral link or code. This link/code must be used by the referred customer.

• 3.3 Validity: Referrals are valid only if the referred customer completes a purchase and all associated payments are received. Referrals do not include cancellations or refunds.

4. Commission Structure

• 4.1 Commission Amount: For each successful referral, you will receive a commission of R2500.00.

• 4.2 Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid within five business days of the sale being confirmed and payment received. Payments will be made via EFT or E-Wallet.

• 4.3 Conditions: Commissions are only payable on completed sales. No commission will be paid for sales that are canceled or refunded.

5. Program Changes and Termination

• 5.1 Modifications: Barn Motors reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via the T&Cs page on our website.

• 5.2 Termination: Barn Motors may terminate the program or your participation if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.

• 5.3 Duration: The program is ongoing until terminated by Barn Motors.

6. Legal and Compliance

• 6.1 Compliance: The Referral Program complies with South African laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

• 6.2 Privacy: Personal data collected through the referral program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we manage and protect your information.

7. General Terms

• 7.1 Limitation of Liability: Barn Motors is not liable for any errors or omissions in referral tracking or payment processing. We are also not responsible for any issues arising from referrals.
